Tide Land
2015
Tide Land is an exhibition of works that evolved during my artist residency in Derry, Northern Ireland. The residency was organized through a collaboration between The Social Studios and Gallery and Void Gallery. My outdoor collaborations with the climate, geography and ecosystem of a remote north Atlantic shoreline resulted in photo-based objects, lumen prints and video, which I then transposed to inhabit the urban gallery space. The installations embodied the interplay between organic processes and human-built environments.
